Buying a house or renting one?

I agree, generally it's better to rent in terms of money. But for some kind of liberty, investment and stability is better buy.

Depends on you life goals, we are renting and own 4 multiplexes. The multiplexes pay for our rent and our Landlord changes anything whenever things go wrong. Benefits of both worlds.
