Bullying

Bullies are parasitic to humans. Most people dislike them but don't know how to deal with them. I believe many people lack the self. The self is fragmented, and they haven't constructed a strong self co-conscious. They aren't what they desire to be, someone who would like to stand up to the bully, reason with the bully and use the correct words to make everyone get along.

I agree with you. Most people dislike bullies. But oftentimes, bullies don't even like themselves. There's an underlying reason they are a bully. They could be bullied at home, they could have been bullied at another school or even when they were younger.
