Houses or Cars?

If you have the money what would you go for? Consider the fact that houses appreciate with time and Vehicles depreciate. 
What's your choice ?

I'd chose House anytime. You spend more time in your house than in your car. I'd better have a great house and a so/so car than the opposite

i would say houses, just because cars are not that reselleble

In my opinion, Houses are better always. Because it is not waste. Its a investment
