Homemade Cajun Oyster Poor Boy (super easy!)

this is something I made the other night.

You will need:
[*]oysters, canned or fresh
[*]french bread
[*]remoulade sauce (can be homemade or sold in stores)
[*]lettuce, tomatoes, onion (optional)
[*]fish fry mix
[*]vegetable oil

Step one:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Coat your oysters in your fish fry mix and drop them into the oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.

Step 2:
Lightly toast your French bread and spread the remoloude sauce on both sides. Add your vegetables and oysters, and you're done!!

Holy SHIT dude that looks good as f**k i will certainly be making this my wife as we both absolutely love oysters if you have more good stiff like this then definitely please do post.

I don't like oysters, but I bet if I tried this, I wouldn't mind. Hehe.
