Any Vegetarian Recipe Recommendations?

I don't eat fish and really don't prefer eggs, but I'd love some recommendations for vegetarian recipes. I have ideas but I'd personally hold them in a higher esteem if you've tried them yourselves. All concepts are welcome though!
