Buying BTC with Paypal

Is it possible to buy BTC with paypal. Does Paypal approve buying BTC? The site that I am aware of which specializes in buying and selling BTC only deals with credit/debit cards. I looked else where and most of the merchants also support only cards. However, I want to buy BTC with paypal.

I don't think Paypal has anything to do with Bitcoin. I am not sure about your country but in my country you can connect your Bitcoin Wallet with a bank and deal officially without paying transaction fee to any mediator. I have couple of transaction recently without any trouble.

I use https://localbitcoins.com/ to buy bitcoins using PayPal. Works well.

Yeah, LocalBitcoins would be the way to go. However since PayPal is mostly used by scammers anyway, it's good to note that you're going to be paying a whole lot extra for using it, since the sellers are taking a huge risk by accepting PayPal in the first place.

LocalBitcoins is definitely the way to buy.
