How else I do I stay fit.

I go to my gym to lift weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings. I start at 5am and go until 8am.
I usually start with benching 120lbs 20 reps
then i move onto squat and squat 145lbs 10 reps
and finally i power clean 135 lbs 10 reps
