Are you into oral care?

Apart from regularly brushing teeth do you take some extra oral care? I only brush once daily too lazy to do it twice!

Of late I have been experiencing teeth pain. I need to see a dentist, however, I have been dillydallying too much. I brush my teeth twice a day after having meal. When I feel lazy to brush my teeth, I swish my mouth of mouthwash. I scale my teeth once a year.
