Xbox, Playstation or PC?

Well I have always been an Xbox 360 gamer, I started back on the original Xbox playing the first Halo. But I have read a few forums and posts about PC Gaming and I do have to say it has caught my eyes, So in the near future I will try out PC Gaming.

I heard since you are gaming on the PC it is more easier for you to do mods is this true?

PC of course, name one thing that a console does which a PC cannot do better.

Yes, several games on console that would be hard as fuck to do any mods or cheating on, are really easy to mod or cheat with on PC. For instance, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. There's so many custom servers, and custom mods and all that stuff on there...

PC's are about freedom for the most part. Freedom of modding, cheating, upgrading your computer, changing graphics settings, and all that wonderful shit. However if you cheat in a multiplayer game, you'll most likely get caught by anti-cheat systems, and/or banned from the game permanently. And then you have to rebuy the game, which isn't fun at all.
