Nowadays it would be really strange to see a person without a smartphone.  Everybody is engrossed in those screens tapping and waving hands like dreaming something.  We are completely lost in those gadgets and forget about what is happening around.  We are least bothered about others when we can contact our dear ones through Facebook or Twitter.

But is this a healthy sign?  We are losing our face to face interactions  and live in a digital world full of dreams,  doing nothing productive. Is this the high time to change this lifestyle?

I have iPhone, Android, and Symbian phone, yet i keep using old Symbian phone because if you meet people it can't become that interesting like iPhone or Android, its make you want to talk more (cuz you don't know what to do with your phone lol)

Very true. It's definitely not healthy infact it is rude to keep your nose stuck on the screen while someone is talking to you but this is what technology has made us. We still need to respect each other more than our gadgets.

The reality is that using or not using a gadget is not an option for the majority of people, as it's part of their job or their complete lives. These days if you are not online you are pretty much not considered as part of the society, and you run the risk of being ostracized because of it.

No. I rarely and if not at all use a phone when going out other than receiving important calls. If I'm out, I'm out and I want to enjoy what the outside has to offer. I already use gadgets enough indoors. It's very rude when people use it around me. They should have stayed home because it seems I'm not fun enough to be around.

I'm a guilty one. I just can't left my gadgets because I always think that there's something important that I should read (updates, news, messages). I do want, one day, to take a rest from it.
