Fitness and staying healthy is so important for our body. There are many great benefits to working out. It reduces stress, gives us energy, builds strength and muscle, builds confidence, helps us sleep better at night, etc.
Do you work out? If you do what is your workout schedule like? If you don't, why don't you work out?
Here is my schedule:
Mondays/Thursdays - back, arms, chest
Tuesdays/Fridays - shoulders, legs, abs
I do yoga 3 times a week and I run for 30 mins to an hour every day.

I don't work out because my current work is already too tiring. I landscape at times and all I want to do is go home and rest myself. I actually don't really stress. It's a simple job but requires hard physical labor.
