Which cosmetic surgery would you undergo?

The medical field, particularly the cosmetic surgeries have lately became so trendy that almost every person with a bank balance is opting for a rectification job, be it a nose job, tummy tuck, liposuction or a BA surgery. If you had a sponsored opportunity to rectify one thing in your body, what would it be?/

It would be a Nosejob. I am very happy with every single part of my body but I can't stand my nose. I am actually saving some cash for it. I also wanted some anti-aging treatments but my option for that will be non-surgical. I wanted to try stem cell therapy.

My skin had been ravaged by acne, not just the face but also the back of my body. It is my wish to have money for the dermatologist. There was a time I was able to consult one specialist who said that I have an allergy aside from the skin disease that is infecting my skin. But I was turned off when I was given an estimated cost of the treatment, it costs an arm and a leg.

Quite a rare response in the face of advancing technology I must say! With lots of options to look better so easily it's hard to be contended with what you have. Salute buddy!

I am now considering Limb Extension surgery because I wanted to be 7 foot tall. I wanted to be 6'5 tall at least. I feel insecure that I am only 6 feet tall, I feel insecure that My girlfriend is taller than me whenever she wears heels.

I've always desired a bigger chest, not huge, just maybe 2 cups bigger, It's a me thing, my body feels off, that everything else is fine except the chest area is a little small. If it doesn't happen I still love myself.

I would like a nose job mostly due to having a droopy nose. Most people don't see my dislike for it but I do. I wouldn't do it any time soon or ever but I have contemplated it.
