We all "talk to ourselves" even if it isn't out loud. Those little messages that run through our minds all day. We have to learn to control those. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, turn it around.
If you tend to wake up thinking that it's going to be a bad day, it probably will be. Change that habit and tell yourself that it's going to be a good day. That won't magically make everything perfect, but it can help you start looking for the good things. We have to spend more time counting our blessings instead of our problems.

Usually with this. ''keep looking up that's the secret of life''. Every time I'm down i read this, it's from Snoopy :D And I immediately get better. :))
