Must not be a utter moron and have some idea of what you're doing.

Sounds nice, but try not to get too far ahead of yourself. Also I would try to come up with a name that is a bit more creative and doesn't make you seem like staff. Another thing I noticed was that there are very few requirements, which is an issue since Mal wants to keep the usergroups limited, and people with little knowledge should not be allowed into a group with such a highly qualified sounding name. Just my ideas of course, you don't have to listen.
