Do you own or rent?

I've been living renting for all my life, but lately I've been earning so well that I've been thinking about saving up a bit and buying myself a condo. A small one, but if I happen to live to be old enough to not be able to work seven days a week anymore, then at least I'd have a place to live for cheap.

What about you guys?

Unfortunately I am renting. I think that's money going to waist since I will never own the house I'm living in. I wish owning a house was a simple process but it's not especially when your'e full of economic problems.

At the moment, renting is the best option. I will own later on in the future.

I am still renting a place. It's quite disappointing because all my life, though we have transferred from one place to another, we still rent a house and never got the chance to own one. I think the money we pay for the rent starting from the day my mom married dad until today could have bought us a mansion or so. I just hope I can earn enough to build a house for my own.
