Middle man escrow service requested

Looking for someone that can act as a middleman to hold Crypto and verify a service has been completed to the buyer's satisfaction. Sending money on the internet is Risky, this is why I am seeing a user to be able to checkout the merchant, have they delivered the service, and then release of escrow upon completion.
