Hello friends how you all doing ? I have had a hard time lately trying to get a full 8 hrs
a night of sleep, it never fails no matter what time I go to bed it's never a 8 hr sleep
I get 3-6 hrs but sure not 8, rather I take a nap in the day or not, my naps I get about 3-4 hrs.
They SAY to keep a sharp mind & healthy heart & all that jazz you need 8 hrs of sleep
but I'm here to tell ya'll, I think that's a bunch of hog wash, cause I'm as sharp as a tack
& healthy as a horse always have something going on in my head as well as in my cabin.
So is it true we really need 8 hrs of sleep everyday just like we need 8 oz's of water which
I don't drink & no health problems what's so ever so what's up with the facts you need so
& so to stay healthy? is it just a bunch of brain washing people telling us this stuff or what?
