My question to you is; given the chance to freely change certain aspects of the current system what would you change so as to best benefit the general population as opposed to a specific group of people, or a group with a specific economic standing.
These changes can be of course be done in the form of new Federal Laws; or a new system of handling crime. However you see fit to "fix" our current system.
