Who vs. Whom

Any of you good with this sort of grammar?
I am honestly horrible with determining which to use.

I know that who takes the place as a subject, and whom does not.
However, it is still quite overwhelming.

I just use who, no need to confuse my brain. Although when other people hae it, I understand it. I just don't know how to use it.
