Least Favorite Invention?

What's your personal least favorite invention ever made?
I think mine is the nuclear missile.
As much as it has helped stabilize the world, by means of example:
No more major superpower wars without the thought of nuclear missiles.
It's a bit like a way of discouraging attack.

Now that the pro is gone.

These things are death, and I don't like the thought of their existence.
I would not want to see the earth shatter because of one dumb move, launch, or explosion.
