Our pet are 3 dogs and it is not unusual. But some years ago, we had a pigeon that dropped by one Christmas Eve and stayed in our house to live. After a week of living in the garage, the pigeon gutsily entered our house and claimed the second floor landing for its nest. We named her Twinkle and she stayed with us for 5 years. As suddenly as she arrived, that's also the way she left us. She just flew to the roof and vanished.

Isn't it a mysterious pigeon?

Wow! It is indeed. May it came there for a mysterious purpose and left when the purpose was served. I have had a baby scorpion as a pet. I found it in my shorts! I kept it with me for several weeks but let it go as I didnot know what to feed it.

I have a cat, but also a pet snail.

Yes like a SpongeBob, but his name is not Gary but Terry. He voke up from the hibernation and literary looks like a piece of feces. For the last few weeks I am trying to revive him but he behaves very ill and slow.
At the moment he is chopping on a piece of a tomato in a speed that challenges the dimension of time...
I know this sounds ridiculous, but - 'things big and small' - can all be pets.

I don't think we have an unusual pet. We have a domestic cate. We him Dhewal for his mannerism of sticking out occasionally his tongue. My youngest son has a great fond with him so as with our grandson. We all love him. He is very tricky and smart especially when catching a mouse. We have noticed before when there are a lot of mice frequenting our house particularly late night, one mouse was killed and left headless at our dining room's floor. Every morning, my wife kept on cleaning the floor a dead mouse. To our surprise, Dhewal failed to show himself for several days, weeks and even a month. We just learned later that he was thrown to a garbage bin as informed by our neighbor. We're all affected and sorry for his loss.

One of my cousins owned a crocodile. He had his own land and swamp and he'd go out to feed it and actually pet it. I've never seen such a phenomena. A crocodile having an owner like this? wow.

I have seen three crocodile owners with huge swamps. I have even held a baby Croc in my hand and played with it. I have also carried and played with lion cubs and 2 huge cheetahs!
