Computer Help Desk

I am starting up a computer help desk for the forum, I am a technical consultant and have alot of experience with Cisco, Netgear, Fortinet, Avaya & alot of other manufacturers.

Anyways, if anyone has any faults that they would like checked out feel free to make a post in this thread and I will do my best to assist you with your problems, this could be any problem (Software/Hardware)
