Image Resize Bug

Here is a bug that I found when trying to set an avatar for myself. I took the liberty of making it into a meme.

There is no bug, make sure you use the requirements if you are going to upload a profile picture using "Upload Avatar" or you can use a outside source "Avatar URL " and the file size will not matter.

This might be because of the image FILE size.
The image size must be 10kb, or lower.

The avatar system is only implying that it will resize overly large DIMENSIONS of an avatar image.
