Try this:

Completely uninstall any graphic card drivers on your computer.
Restart your PC after it's uninstalled, and your resolution will go down really low, but your monitor will still work fine etc..
Goto the official NVIDIA website and redownload the installer for the latest driver available.
Run the installer, let it finish, and then reboot.

This should fix your problem I think. Don't "upgrade" anything. Just completely remove any current NVIDIA graphic drivers, and just reinstall the fresh and latest driver for your video card and operating system. Make sure you select the exact card that you have.

Also, make sure you aren't getting mixed up with the 660Ti and regular 660. They are different cards, and most likely require different drivers. Make sure you are installing the correct driver for YOUR specific card.

Try this download out, and run it as admin.
http://www.nvidia.com/content/DriverDown...pe=GeForce

Also, I would like you to use the install all from scratch setting in the installer.
