(CNN) -- A 17-year-old North Carolina boy was charged with cyberbullying Friday after he posted a nude photo of a 15-year-old girl to an Instagram site, the Rowan County Sheriff's Office reported.
The sheriff's office said the girl sent the photograph to her boyfriend, who shared it with the suspect. The suspect put the photo on an Instagram site he created called TheseHoes01, the sheriff's office said.
When deputies were alerted to the existence of the photo, they traced it back to the 17-year-old, a press release stated. He was questioned at West Rowan High School, where he's a student. Deputies said he was "open and honest about his actions and accepts responsibility."
He was suspended from school after being charged.

Wow I really blame the girl for being so easy and cheap. I can't believe girls are exploiting their bodies and no one is actually sticking a knife at their necks.

I agree, and I know this girl too, known her for 4 years now. She is really edgy, she thinks she is all bad ass...

She needs to be shit in the mouth, but in other news whores will be whores, that right there is a prime fucking example of how you can give a dog a bone but he hadn't dare eat it. But when he does shame on him for temptation and yes she was under age but her taking a nude picture of her own self and sending it is consent from her. No matter how morally fucked up it is to re distribute that picture SHE still sent it to HIM in the first place. Dumb ass ho's these days it fucking sickens me if ANY of my children ever ever behaved this way i have told them before i will beat your ass until you are so ugly no one would want a nude picture of you. (Of course i would never do that, but dammit man)

This is the exact same thing that happened with the sophomores at our school. They were at a party, they were drunk, and they took nude pictures of themselves. They sent them to some guys and one of the moms works at the school. THE BOYS got in trouble which made no sense at all.

My personal view on the situation,
There was more to the story defiantly, she was easy to obtain pictures of because they are exploiting their bodies like that. Honestly it's her fault but he shouldn't of done that which is a form of cyber bullying.
Thanks,

Sorry for my short reply, but I am at work.
I don't think he should have been suspended from school. I don't understand why the school finds it necessary to involve themselves with this matter, the young man has been charged, and is already being punished. What goods will it do? Suspending him form school will not help in any way/shape or form. In fact this might even cause him to be upset with his school council and refuse to go back. Good job, another students has chosen the streets over school. Good job West Rowan High School.
This is why I always tell my little sister, don't involve yourself with arguments your girlfriends have. If your opinion is asked for, or actions are expected, then you can involve yourself with that matter.
This stresses me out so much.

Honestly you are completely right.. It's sad to see a student that made one bad decision be punished only because they didn't want to hear the parents complain that the school did nothing about the situation. The girl was at fault for sending the picture and you don't see her getting in any trouble. In Virginia, we had the same situation happen where this girl sent a nude picture and the boys sent it around to all the friends. Well she got charged with sexual chargers and so did the guys. She had to register as a sex offender at a young age. This sickens me to see that the law can change from state to state and someone should do something about this. He did make a decision and he accepted full responsibility and still gets suspended from schools. In my eyes and my friends( I shared this story just a few minutes ago in school) they agree she should of never sent the picture in the first place. This is bullshit.

I completely agree with Aeronix on the situation. There is definitely another side to this story, there is just too many holes unfilled.
