I wanted someone else opinion about this. Indeed. A offshore dedicated server is the better choice. But if the servers/hosting suddenly close down, all the bots is lost.

Stay as long away from no-ip as you can. They log ips etc so they are highly unsecure. Just use a domain from a good host instead. Might not be as easy but a lot safer.

Have them pointed to the same place you uploaded you .bin file I use to do that, I used BS they are right there are issues. No-ip is a joke
