More like, I have rat running, im seeing I have 419 people online and 406 people offline, I send bots #519, #520, #525, #667 a VNC command. The bot comes online 45 minutes later, receives my commands, automatically presents me with its VNC display.

Like:

1. Bot #1 is online, Bot #2 and #3 are offline
   
2. You send a command to all of them
   
3. Bot #1 executes it right away
   
4. Bot #2 and #3 will receive and execute it once they come online
