Here is a question i found while searching the web some time ago. Is hell endothermic (absorbs heat)or exothermic (releases heat)? Some people/places/literature speak of hell as a frozen wasteland. others talk of hell as a fiery pit where you burn eternally. What do you think? Dnd please at least respond with a reason why you think either way :P (something to remotely back up what you say).

Personally (without anything to back it up) I think its a wastland of fire... To say that it is nothing but fire. although the way you describe it it brings to mind the "Mad Arab" Abdul Alhazred and the Necronomicon

Perhaps hell is a desert. for the desert is nothing but a daytime inferno, and night time ice chill.

Well a tundra is a frozen desert, so maybe people just interpreted it wrong. It happens a lot.
