Anyone watching chernobyl on HBO?

Okay, so I am about to start watching this series.

I'll let you guys know how the episode was.

I watched the trailer somewhere and found it very interesting.

It's kinda boring for me :/

I haven't watched it yet but I heard its proper LIT so I will give it a go on Netflix later!

It is yeah. I was expecting something more akin to a mini-drama series but it's actually both dramatic in places but also fairly factual (in terms of its mentions of Chernobyl). As a show, it's actually great - I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I have done actually. I remember reading that it has also overtaken Breaking Bad as the most positive rated TV series as well so that should tell you something about it. I'd really recommend it anyway if you're looking for something to watch!

I'm not sure it makes sense to make drama about real events. Where is the suspense if you know what's going to happen?
