Guns - Your thoughts?

Do you own any?  How good are you at shooting?  How do you feel about gun rights?  Anyway, where I live in Tennessee, liberals fail to get many votes - mainly, among other things, because they come out strongly against weapons.  Anyhow, I've never understood why an anti-gun agenda or abortion - had to go with the left wing.   I mean, if the Democrats (or some other party in another nation) dumped that stuff - they might win back the working class.

The reasons for guns:

• Guns don't kill, people do.
  
• The police cannot be everywhere at all times.
  
• People enjoy hunting and see people trying to ruin the fun.
  
• School shooting results from cultural stuff that has nothing to do with guns.
  

The reasons against guns:

• The guns wanted legal by the NRA are insane.  You're talking about machine guns and the like.
  
• The reasons listed for guns are debatable - according to opponents.
  

Well, lets just play a game of imagination. A crisis happens (again) for some reasons nature says fuck u (again lol). And all other countries on the world say fuck the us (which is btw happening currently, look at the un votes lol; to be fair its more like a "fuck the west" attitude) and u have a food shortage and every citizens of the us have atleast one gun... well that would be one hell of a ride for u :pepelmao: 
And to be really fair here if u look at some scientific works ur soil is pretty much fucked so ur actually pretty close to this scenario

So above was just my thoughts that i have about guns in general.
Now to ur points:

Fair enough they do. still if u have the option, u do it(well in that case kill someone)

Self justice. for real? i think in a world were nothing is black/white anymore(so for ex. a clear "enemy") u think one is capable of knowing everythink. I think there are enough cases in the US were they executed(for me killed) someone and some years later they magically invested the case again and the executed one was the wrong one.
           - People enjoy hunting and see people trying to ruin the fun
Hunting is fine if the guy with the gun isnt a psychopath who wants to kill a person and knows how many he is allowed to hunt without damaging nature. "and see people trying to ruin the fun" well do they care what nature think of there acts? of course not everyone will go on a rampage tho.
         - School shooting results
I dont know about what cultural stuff ur talking but again for me, if u have the option u will always think about it till u do it or not well depends on the mental state, which can be related to how u grow up. Which is what i think u mean by cultural stuff? Or du u mean the school system? or the mentality "there must always be a winner"?(and ofc a looser)


I think a system where u can get weapons but u need to have a paper for it (mental check, and knowing how to use a gun and what ur are allowed to kill) is maybe more suited. But as long as ur superriches(in the field of weapons but also in other fields) are basically supporting ur presidents I don´t think that will change soon.

The reasons for guns:

- People do with weapons. Guns are weapons, therefor guns kill. Otherwise we should be allowed to have explosives, or chemical weapons.

• The police cannot be everywhere at all times.
  

- People can't do justice by themselves since they are dumb af.

• People enjoy hunting and see people trying to ruin the fun.
  

- There is no problem with it. Do you need an automatic rifle to hunt ? Dozen of guns ? A 50. Cal weapon ? I'd love to see how many people using that excuse is actually really hunting.

• School shooting results from cultural stuff that has nothing to do with guns.
  

- Yet guns are used. And most of them are bought legally at first (usually by parents). The easier it is to get it, the more it will be used by psycho. In my country we almost never had a mass shooting in school.
