This is my version of the popular (is it?) not allowed method. Basically, you're going to scale - run traffic bots on vps/rdp's. It may take a bit of time to set-up the vps/rdp stuff but it's worth it.
 GENERAL SETUP:
1. Sign up at adfocus no-ref
2. Download Traffic Spirit, extract the ZIP & run ipts.exe
3. Shorten a link in adfocus
4. Open up Traffic Spirit & add the shortened link
5. Copy these settings: photos
6. Let it run

The problem with the free Traffic Spirit version is that you can only run traffic to one site and 10k visits max. Calculate if it's worth upgrading to the full version.

VPS/RDP SETUP (FREE 300$ For Google Cloud VPS/RDP):
You will need a 2 years or more older google account for this & a VPN.
VPN Location: Germany / Netherlands / France or any other IBAN country (most EU countries)
1. Fake info: here
2. Sign up using that fake info: here You can use your own CC, you won't get charged.
3. Create a VM instance, use windows server 2019.
4. Connect to it using the google chrome rdp extension or your rdp program
5. Repeat the Traffic Spirit steps (set it up)
6. Let it run

If you don't want to use the full version of Traffic Spirit, create as much google cloud accounts as you can and repeat the steps. Let's say you have 10 VM's running Traffic Spirit to a different/same link, that will mean 100000 visits per day which should get you around $60.

P.S. - Don't create an instance using more than 30GB ram. Try to keep your consumption level low to avoid getting banned.
