Everyone has something who make him happy so what's the best thing ?
for me when i m making music

good sex and a lot of beers, i don't need anything else

Hanging out with friends, or getting home after sport

Sport, music and going for a walk(well the last on is like a cleansing of all the negative shit rest is like "just" a good felling like the muscle needed it)
