Now that most Gyms are closed, Home workouts are the only option? What routine do you guys follow?

I do this workout for cardio (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOQpD8aDJeI) + Weight training.

Personally I haven't even done any workouts. A little walking and went for a run. Nothing too much here. You do anything else?

I found a routine online for a dieting routine and it’s so fucked up

he instructs you to drink 1 litre of water the moment you wake up, have a coffee and then 20m later drink another entire litre of water and the entire diet is protein and SO MUCH water like an absurd amount

i go running every 2 days and sometimes some sports for upper body
