Vouch: I've read a good amount of ebooks before and a fair bit seemed to recite already known methods which are quite saturated. This one is different. I doubt this will make any crazy amounts like $400/day or anything like that. If this method does work (which it most likely does, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't), I would imagine you'd earn something more like $400/week. Still good money so I won't complain.
The ebook is short and sweet. Jewelry did a great job with conveying a lot of easily digestible information into a short ebook.
In conclusion, I think this ebook is well worth $15/$20. If this specific method doesn't work for you, you can use some creativity and apply the strategy to other fields which are less saturated.
