Using brute force is kind of not the most effective method, first sites have rate limiting which say after 3 failed logins in 5 minutes or an hour they will not allow any more attempts to login, maybe ban the IP trying the logins. Remember two factor authentication is a thing so even having the correct username/passwd may not work, many sites have UUID for devices accessing or allowed to access the account for the user(s). Mind you social media is not my thing, never been asked by a company "Hey hack our twitter" but if I was to venture I would say compromising the user and using a reverse proxy would be a good start, you may still run into 2fa issues but generally phones are not impossible to compromise, honestly social engineering had better be your knack.
