Why there are rich and poor?

It's how the society is and works for rich. People that know the trick of making money do better than people not as talented compared to them. You must have heard that rich are getting richer and poor the poorer. I am not surprised reading that less than 50 richest people own half of the total money owned by rest of the people in entire world.
