Many people believe that physical activities play a great role in safety and healthy life. They think routine, normal, and regular body exercise help them to decrease many types of serious illnesses. For instance, physical activities reduce the risk of overweight and obesity, Cardiovascular disorders, Type 2 Diabetes (would likely occur in elderly) , Some Malignancies, Depression and mental health, etc.
To what extent do you have regular physical activities in your routine programs? What kind of exercise do you prefer mostly?
