RhanzF, That's really a good thought provoking post. I agree on your second and third points. You are right that corruption is a major factor that contributes towards poverty. Some people are rich as they earn hereditary wealth. Being rich they are able to give better education for their children who in turn get better jobs and wealth accumulation. But there is high chance of a poor fail because of adverse socio-economic conditions.
But I would differ a bit on your first point that people are rich as they work hard. I think that is not right in most of the cases. Poor works harder than rich, but because of their low status in society they are paid very less. They are being exploited most of the times by the rich. As per your last statement, I don’t believe that God created rich and poor. In fact I believe that it is jungle rule here (survival of the fittest) and the person who holds maximum wealth rule the world.
