Panic Attacks?

I have tranquilizers prescribed by the doctor since so many years ago but don’t look at me like a junkie, waheehee (just kidding with the junkie part).

I was a normal healthy person so I was surprised when panic attack hit me. That was sometime in 1990 when something wrong in the office came up. I lost my job. That’s it, so simple. As I prepared to leave for home, I noticed my knees were somewhat shaking and my hands are feeling cold. I ignored and proceeded home. It’s a good thing that I was able to drive.

When I reached home, I was already feeling strange. The breathing problem gave it a semblance of a heart attack. That’s it, that got me. I was shaking all over, not able to talk as if I was already on the brink of death. I ran out of the house and not into the care but out of the gate and into the street. I planned to go to the doctor by running (becaues I knew I couldn’t drive anymore). And you know what? The shaking left me and I seem to be back to normal with that run. And when I rested, the panic attack came back.

It’s a long story but the gist is that… it’s all in the mind.
