It is true that physical activities are essential or maintaining good health. Every morning I used to walk for 1 hour which helps to refresh my body and mind. After that I do some simple exercises. I do not sit continuously in a place but find time to walk for a few minutes in between. I believe that instead of doing heavy exercises, if we can involve in some household activities like gardening, etc., we can remain physically healthy. If we can find some time to meditate everyday, it will rejuvenate our mind and give us more confidence.
