Panic Attacks?

I don't know if this is the right forum to bring something like this up at.. but, I isolate myself, and often use online forums as my support system. I suffer from generalized anxiety and panic attacks. Does anyone else get panic attacks? What do you do to help them? 

I'm on zoloft and xalium but they don't seem to help all the time...

I am sorry that you have this sort of the insecurities, yes people, open spaces, heights, loud noises can be overwhelming but when you get to the bottom why do you actually care for all this, everything disappears.
Heights is still there, but not like a panic attack ( I never had one to be honest), I just don't like it.
