What is the importance of internet in your life?

On a serious note, Internet has been a tool I have been using all my life. It has resulted in convenience at times and hassle at others. However, I truly believe that it brings more benefits than boon thus should be widely encouraged. Recently, Internet of things has been the talk of the town and it is with good reasons. In the near future, many conventional things will be embedded with internet adding new functionality to it as well as creating new possibilities. Therefore, I would say that Internet is not only really important to my life, but also the world.
