Why women with naturally big boobs ends up having surgery for reduction?

Many women in the world wanted to have big boobs so they have silicone or saline implants to make them bigger.  Recently a female office coo-employee of mine shocked everyone because she just had a breast reduction.  Most of female friends envy her for her big boobs so they were all shocked when she decided to have a reduction.  :-/
