Lately, I have discovered I do not have much time for sports as I used to. These days I am only able to go to the field once in a week, which is on Saturdays to exercise my body. I do some jogging, weight lifting and playing football. I spend about three hours every weekend to do these physical exercises. I take my exercises seriously knowing that good exercise can make the heart and body function optimally. I wished I had enough time to visit the field at least three times a week.
