Earlier I used to take the help of my mobile phone alarm to get up early in the morning, but actually my biological clock is intact and I never sleep beyond a limit. It wakes me up as soon as I touch the exact time when I use to get up every day. My brother also use an alarm but of no use. He will just switch it off and sleep again for another hour or so. So it depends on how serious are you about it and if not even the loudest alarms can be of no use to you..lol.
I think if you are accustomed to early rise your body will take care of your wake up timings. It needs to become a habit and then you don’t have to carry an alarm with you. It’s already inbuilt.
