S. Carolina passed law that abolished abortion.

I'm more leaning towards the right of the people to choose what to do, but this law seems to be a good compromise between the anti-abortion and pro-choice sides. Sadly I've seen the reaction of the left that are against the law but I really don't understand how can anyone can complain about this, as it guarantees abortion in the first 20 weeks, a huge time to decide wheter you want to keep your child or not.
