I agree, 20 weeks is like 5 months. That's enough time to both suspect or realise you are pregnant, as well as decide whether you want it or not. Most people decide from the 1st month already, or as soon as their period stops and they go do the pregnancy test. Waiting 5 months is a long time to finally decide you don't want it, unless the reason why you want to abort it is because the 'daddy' bolted on you.

This law also states that there's an exception to terminations that are medicaly justified, such as endangerment of the mother or an unviable fetus.
