Pets against stress

Do you have a pet? Psychologists and even physicians say that caring for a pet is good for your health. Even in some hospitals, there are the so called doctor pets who serve as therapy objects for patients.

We have been caring for dogs since 1996 and I find it very cool to be bonding with our dogs when I have nothing to do. My wife who is hypertensive looks at our dogs for her stress relievers. She says that without our dogs she might always be sick. That's why I don't mind the expenses entailed in caring for the dogs because the benefits are immeasurable.
