Electricity vs water supply

I assume that we are talking about something short term right? If that's the case, then I'd rather have electricity as I have a small water tank that can last for at least two days or more if I'm careful without wasting it, and as others have said you can always go to a store and buy some bottled water. Without electricity I can't do my work, study or do anything productive.
