What was your best achievement?

I don't really have a best achievement as I'm always working towards for filling more achievements. The most recent will probably be removing my fear of heights and deep water.

I'm still afraid of deep water and specially if I can't see well what I'm stepping on.

The thing that helped me the most was doing it with people that I trust. This really did help and made me want to do more after the first go.

That's true. Most of the time, we exaggerate our fears and it makes it worse. Sometimes, doing it once is enough to see that it isn't bad.
